Responding to Criticisms of the Neurodiversity Movement

Hello! This video is an attempt to offer my perspective on some common criticisms of the neurodiversity movement (with a focus on autism), in particular:

1.) The criticism that neurodiversity is only focused on autistic people with lower support needs

2.) The criticism that the neurodiversity movement forces positivity in an unhealthy or unrealistic way

3.) The criticism that the neurodiversity movement is asking for "special treatment" for autistic or neurodivergent people
